After gaining the relevant expertise in the United Kingdom. Mornè returned to South Africa and realized that his passion for customising motor vehicles would be his lifeblood...
MAD Customs was "born" in 1998. Mornè and apprentice, at the time, Rudi - were operating as a "mobile" fitment centre, from the boot of his car. Mad Customs then relocated to their current premised in Howard Avenue, Benoni. MAD Customs was appointed the official Rockford Fosgate dealer for the Benoni area in 2001.
The company is owned and managed by husband and wife team, Mornè and Lindsay, workshop manager Rudi together with three (3) workshop fitters and a very reliable tea lady.
MAD Customs specialises in Custom Car Audio and as Mornè's motto goes - "GO BIG OR GO HOME!!!"
MAD Customs also does full airconditioner repairs, installation of all vehicles security systems, gearlocks, central locking, supplying and installation of all after market vehicle accessories. We are also a authorised fitment center for Matrix Vehicle Tracking.
